Mandell’s Gallery are delighted to host an exhibition of paintings by Susan Gunn who won the Sovereign European Painting Prize in 2006. 10 years on we are excited to announce her return to the city, where she studied at Norwich University of the Arts, as part of our 50 year anniversary exhibition programme.

In October 2015 I was awarded a project space through Castlefield Gallery Associates scheme. After working on the Terra Memoria commission for the Enterprise Centre at the University of East Anglia for over a year this space will give me the opportunity to test out new ideas and processes with a view to developing my practice.

The Brentwood Stations Of The Cross Exhibition 2015

Crucem 2015 commissioned by Brentwood Cathedral in conjunction with Contemporary British Painting for the Stations of the Cross Exhibition 2015. The 15 works in the exhibition have been acquired by the Komechak Museum, Chicago for their collection. A publication accompanied the exhibition edited and curated by Simon Carter.
